The towels had hair on them, which made me question their cleanliness. Some stains were noticeable on the sheets as well. The cold air in the room because of the broken heat made it tough to relax. A patio door lock was faulty too, but the staff were quick to address that. Overall, a decent stay but with significant room for improvement.

Just an excellent fit for an overnight stop in Atascadero with definitely value for money. The front desk attendant was friendly and helped us check into our rooms efficiently. Bring earplugs as the walls are thin and noise travels easily.
